An average preventative pest control service for insects will include treating the foundation of the home with a pesticide to help prevent infestation from crawling insects. During your service I'll also remove any low hanging spider webs from the home.

Ground Hornets and Wasps are easy to be rid of. I have products that affect colony insects specifically! I can also treat the eaves of your building to deter new colonies.

Cockroach treatments can be complex. I have multiple products to help break the reproductive cycle of these persistent pests. Cockroach treatments include an exterior foundation pesticide treatment. Expect cockroach treatments to be reapplied every two weeks until activity stops.

Ants come around multiple times a year. I have products to affect the ants on contact and products to affect the ant colony as a whole. When used together, ant issues usually can be resolved in about a 2-6 weeks. Ant treatments include an exterior foundation treatment.

My rodent control service includes an initial diagnosis of your structure, trapping spaces, blocking main rodent entry points, and providing Rodent Bait Stations. Bait stations dispense edible rodenticide to help control rodent populations around structures.

Exclusion work is blocking gaps and sealing holes. I use 1/4" PVC laminated steel mesh, not stainless steel, so my work doesn't rust as quickly. I do NOT use construction foam!

Flea and Tick Treatments require your cooperation. The best thing to do for fleas and ticks is to wash and dry fabrics around the house at high heat. Sometimes this isn't enough. When this is the case, I have products to break the reproductive cycle of the pests.

Bed Bugs are one of the toughest bugs to be rid of. A Bed Bug treatment needs to be extremely thorough. I have products to help treat for the pests, but there is also a good amount of vacuuming that will need to be done. Expect multiple treatments.

Rodents burrowing under structures is one of the most difficult thing to prevent. A rat wall requires burying steel mesh 2' under your foundation. It is an expensive procedure, but it is an effective way to deter rodents from entering a crawlspace and adds value to your house.
