Terms & Conditions for Genevieve Pest ControlLast updated: May 8, 2026Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the services of Genevieve Pest Control ("we", "us", or "our"). By booking a service, visiting our website, or otherwise working with us, you agree to these Terms.1. ServicesWe provide residential and commercial pest control services, including inspection, treatment, and follow-up, as described on our website or in your quote. The exact services, schedule, and price will be confirmed in writing (online, email, or invoice) before work begins.2. Quotes, Pricing & Payment• All quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and our inspection.• Final pricing may change if the scope of work is different than originally described. We will inform you before proceeding.• Payment is due as stated on your invoice (usually at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed).• We accept payment in U.S. dollars (USD) using the payment methods listed on our website or invoice.• Late or missed payments may result in suspension of services and/or additional fees.3. Access to Property• You are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property on the scheduled service date.• If we cannot access the property, or if conditions are unsafe, we may reschedule and a service or call-out fee may apply.• An adult (18+) must be present if access to the interior of the property is required, unless otherwise agreed in writing.4. Health, Safety & Preparation• Some treatments require you to follow preparation or after-care instructions (for example: cleaning, moving furniture, covering items, keeping pets and children away from treated areas).• You agree to carefully follow all instructions we provide before, during, and after treatment.• You must inform us in advance of any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, pets, or special circumstances that may affect treatment.• We are not responsible for any issues that result from failure to follow instructions or failure to share relevant information.5. Results & Limitations• Pest control aims to reduce and manage pests to an acceptable level, not always to permanently eliminate every pest.• Results depend on many factors, including property condition, sanitation, neighboring properties, weather, and your cooperation with our recommendations.• Unless a written service guarantee is provided for a specific treatment, we do not guarantee that pests will never return.• If you experience issues after a treatment, contact us within the time frame stated on your service agreement or invoice so we can review and, if applicable, schedule follow-up service.6. Cancellations & Rescheduling• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible.• We may charge a fee for same-day cancellations, missed appointments, or repeated rescheduling.• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a service due to unsafe conditions, severe weather, or other reasons beyond our control.7. Customer ResponsibilitiesYou agree to:• Provide accurate information about your property and pest issues.• Follow all preparation and safety instructions.• Keep children and pets away from treated areas as directed.• Maintain reasonable sanitation and property conditions to support effective pest control.8. Property & Personal Items• While we take care when working in and around your property, you are responsible for securing fragile, valuable, or sensitive items before service.• We are not responsible for normal wear, minor damage, or staining that may occur as a result of necessary treatments, when we have used reasonable care and followed standard practices.9. Warranties & Liability• To the fullest extent allowed by law, our services are provided "as is" and we do not make any express or implied warranties beyond those required by law or stated in writing.• Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as lost income, loss of use, or similar losses).10. Online Bookings, Messages & Reviews• When you book online, send us a message, or leave a review, you agree to provide accurate, respectful, and lawful content.• We may use feedback and reviews (without your full contact details) for marketing or quality improvement, unless you ask us not to in writing.11. Changes to Services or Terms• We may update our services, pricing, or these Terms from time to time.• The version of the Terms in effect at the time you book or receive a service will apply to that service.• Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a new "Last updated" date.12. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which your service is provided, without regard to conflict of law rules.13.
